2. Valuation and Offer
We can do a valuation on your interest within 48 hours of communicating with you. Once the valuation is complete, we will make a very competitive offer to purchase your interest. This step could be expedited if you have key information readily available to aid us in the valuation process.
3. Due Diligence
Escala will begin the due diligence process to confirm your ownership. The timeline to this process can vary depending on the complexity of the interest.
4. Document Processing
Escala will send you a mineral packet for you to execute. This packet will include a deed and any other documents that may be necessary for you to sign.
5. Closing and Funding
Upon receiving the completed mineral packet, Escala will offer a variety of ways to pay you. We offer electronic bank transfers, checks, money orders, 1031E, etc. Our goal is to pay you in the form that is most convenient to you.
